Chelsea & Westminster health Charity joins the Fundraising Standards Board

Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity recently joined the Fundraising Standards Board. Belonging to The Fundraising Standards Board offers donors, grant makers and the public a ‘mark of reassurance’ when giving to the Charity.

Over 950 charities, including most of the UK's biggest are part of the scheme. Membership is voluntary and, in doing so, the Charity has agreed to adhere to a strict code and a Fundraising Promise committing us to treat donors and the public with fairness, honesty and clarity in all our fundraising activities. Membership is visible through the use of the tick logo.

The next time you put money in a tin, sponsor someone to run a marathon or receive a mail shot in the post, look for the tick – it’s your mark of reassurance.

Look out for the tick logo in 2009 on all the Charity’s leaflets and publications!
